Welcome to TruthGuard. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our applications and services, including any purchases made within our apps. By using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our applications.

1. Use of Our Applications

TruthGuard applications are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Users must be at least 13 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Purchases

Some content within our applications, including premium features, additional content, and enhanced functionality, may require a one-time purchase. All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our own payment processor.

• All payments are final.
• Purchased content can be restored on other devices using the same app store account.

3. Purchased Content Ownership and Access Rights

Perpetual Access to Purchased Content

When you purchase content within TruthGuard applications (including but not limited to premium features, additional content, enhanced functionality, or other digital content), you receive a perpetual, non-transferable license to access and use that content within our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Continued Access

Your purchased content will remain accessible to you within TruthGuard applications indefinitely, subject to the following conditions:

• You maintain the same account used for the original purchase
• The content remains available in our catalog (though we will provide reasonable notice if any content must be discontinued)
• You comply with these Terms of Service
• TruthGuard applications remain operational

Device and Account Portability

Your purchased content is tied to your account and can be accessed on any compatible device where you are signed in with the same account credentials used for the original purchase.

Limitations

This perpetual access right applies solely to use within TruthGuard applications. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying copyrighted material, nor the right to copy, distribute, or use the content outside of our application environment.

Service Continuity

In the unlikely event that TruthGuard applications are discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide users with at least 90 days advance notice and, where technically feasible, alternative access arrangements for purchased content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided within our applications, including text, media, features, and functionality, is protected by copyright and used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without written consent from the rights holders.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our applications or their content. This includes but is not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer our applications
• Using our applications in a way that harms others
• Violating intellectual property rights

6. Privacy

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our applications at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or legal violations.
